UI/UX Lead at Aleph Labs, Malaysia  |  Sep 2016 - Current

As the lead designer at one of the fastest growing agencies in Malaysia and the region, I faced a set of unique challenges. Working in a highly agile and iterative environment, my goal is always to deliver delightful and intuitive experiences, empowering excellent and high-quality visual representations. Part of my job is to promote personal growth and professional development opportunities within my team and protect the human-centered design process. I created user personas, user journeys, wireframes, UX flows, interactive prototypes (Craft/Invision), usability testing scripts, design sprints, project timelines, and documentation. I facilitated design workshops and engaged with product owners, design, and technology leads to solving user and business goals using the principles of human-centered design. Projects I shipped include humanising the banking experience, Telekom Malaysia digital transformation, imagining the future of travel and native and hybrid mobile applications. 

Creative Head at Consider Digital  |  Jun 2015 - Sep 2016

As the company’s head of creative, I worked at a leadership level to ensure cohesive digital marketing solutions and user experience, and part of my work was to help establish tools and process for an expanding creative team. Conceptualized, designed, developed, and executed Omni-channel digital products and experiences that effectively delivered the compelling brand experience and business results. Internally, I worked closely with the management to inject a new identity for the agency and establish a proper design process. Projects I shipped include Huawei, Amway, Shiseido Japan, Axiata, Smart (Cambodia),  EasiYo (New Zealand) and World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF).

Digital Designer at M&C Saatchi  |  Feb 2012 - May 2012

I designed and developed international digital campaigns for Tourism Malaysia in more than 20 different languages throughout my internship period. I have also worked with the digital team on creating TVCs and digital campaigns for Celcom, the oldest mobile telecommunications provider in Malaysia.

Web/graphic designer ( Freelancer)  |  2009-2014

Developed online and offline promotional marketing programs for clients such as Samsung, Oman Air, Straits Knowledge, University Malaya and Wei-Ling Gallery. Handled design, front-end development and Flash animation for multiple projects for web and video. Responsibilities included design, animation, branding, compositing, copywriting, storyboarding, concept development, and video production.
